Custom stained glass window inserts for Andersen windows have been a specialty of Pompei Stained Glass for more than 35 years. In fact, our innovative designs helped inspire Andersen to introduce its own line of decorative art glass inserts. Every Pompei stained glass panel is handcrafted to order and engineered for easy installation in Andersen 400 Series windows, including Tilt-Wash double-hung, casement, and picture windows.
Pompei Stained Glass also creates custom stained glass inserts for Pella Architectural, Contemporary, and Lifestyle Series windows, as well as select Marvin window models. Contact us for design options, sizing, and installation details.

Installation is a Breeze
We provide an installation kit and simple-to-follow instructions. The kit includes pre-sized and pre-drilled wood moldings, which can be stained or painted along with screws and a drill bit. Installation requires no modification of your Andersen window. The stained glass panel is piggy-backed against the interior of Andersen insulated glass and is held in place with the wood moldings included the installation kit. The only tools required are a driil and screwdriver.
Andersen Circle Top Window Installation
In this installation video, stained glass artist Joseph Pompei demonstrates how to install a custom stained glass window insert into an Andersen CTC-2 Circle Top window. Designed for easy installation, Pompei stained glass panels fit securely within existing Andersen window units, adding privacy, beauty, and architectural character without replacing the original window.
Frank Lloyd Wright Stained Glass Windows
One of Pompei Stained Glass’s specialties is creating custom stained glass windows inspired by the iconic art glass designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and the Prairie School architects.
For more than thirty years, Joseph Pompei has studied Wright’s architecture, toured many of his landmark homes, and developed a collection of stained glass window inserts designed to fit Andersen 400 Series windows, as well as Pella Architectural, Contemporary, and Lifestyle Series windows.

For clients who are unable to visit our studio, we also provide a complimentary set of glass samples by mail (see photo above), allowing you to see and evaluate the actual glass colors and textures in the lighting conditions of your own home.
